The frequency- and temperature-dependences of a.c. ionic conductivity of one-dimensional super-ionic conductors K-priderites with a hollandite type structures were investigated from 100 Hz to 37.0 GHz. Four kinds of K-priderite, K1.6Mg0.8Ti7.2O16, (K1.3, Li0.1) Mg0.7Ti7.3O16, K1.6Al1.6Ti6.4O16 and (K1.3, Li0.2) Al1.5Ti6.5O16, were studied. An equivalent circuit to combine the data of the complex conductivity at low and high frequencies was proposed. The data of complex conductivity at low frequencies can be analyzed in terms of the moving box model proposed by Beyeler et al. The transport of K+ ions at low frequencies is characterized by the cooperative motion of the K+ ions with various mobilities and is accompanied with the polarization of the K+ ions in the channels. The ion transport across intrinsic barriers at or above microwave frequencies is characterized by the frequency-independent ionic conductivity and is interpreted by the configurational model proposed by Beyeler et al. The height of intrinsic barriers is related to the lattice constants of a crystal. 相似文献

Summary Sodium ion-selective electrodes (Na+-ISE) were prepared by implanting Si+ and Li+ into alumina wafers and their characteristics were investigated. The alumina wafer had a thickness of 100 m and a diameter of 1.40 cm. The ionselective membrane was produced by ion-implanting of Li+ and Si+ on both sides of a single-crystal alumina wafer. The total doses of Li+ and Si+ were controlled to be the same, viz. 1013–1015 ions/cm2. The ion-implanted alumina wafer with 1014 or 4×1014 ions/cm2 of Li+ and Si+ showed better characteristics than the others.The response curves of the 1014 ions/cm2 implanted alumina wafer had a slope of 42 mV/pNa in a concentration range from 1–10–4mol/l. The full response achieved after about 1 min was reproducible. The proposed idea of producing Na+-ISE by ion-implantation technique was applied to functuate the gate surface of the field effect transitor to sodium ion. The sodium ion-sensitive FET (Na+-ISFET) prepared by implanting Li+ and Al+ at a dose of 5×1014 ions/cm2 showed a slope of 30 mV/pNa in a concentration range from 1–10–4mol/l.
Herstellung Na+-ionenselektiver Elektroden durch Einbau von Lithium und Silicium in Einkristall-Alumniumoxidblättchen und Anwendung zur Erzeugung von ISFET
Zusammenfassung Na+-selektive Elektroden wurden durch Einbau von Si+ und Li+ in Aluminiumoxidblättchen hergestellt und ihre Charakteristiken untersucht. Die Blättchen hatten eine Dicke von 100 m und einen Durchmesser von 1,40 cm. Ebenso wurde die Membran für einen ISFET hergestellt. Die Gesamtmenge von Li+ und Si+ wurde auf 1013–1015 Ionen/cm2 eingestellt, wobei sich bei 1014 oder 4×1014 Ionen/cm2 die beste Charakteristik ergab.Die Responsekurven der mit 1014 Ionen/cm2 versehenen Aluminiumoxidplättchen hatten eine Neigung von 42 mV/pNa in einem Konzentrationsbereich von 1–10–4mol/l. Der nach 1 min erhaltene volle Response war reproduzierbar. Die vorgeschlagene Technik wurde zur Einstellung der Gate-Oberfläche des Feldeffekt-Transistors auf Natriumion benutzt. Der Na+-sensitive FET (Na+-ISFET), der durch Einbau von Li+ und Al+ mit 5×1014 Ionen/cm2 hergestellt wurde, zeigte eine Neigung der Signalkurve von 30 mV/pNa in einem Bereich von 1–10–4mol/l.相似文献

Pressure, temperature, and composition phase equilibrium diagrams of new solid solution systems of the Cd1?xMxS (M = Mg, Ca, Sr) type were investigated using the quenching method. The stable region for the rock-salt-type phase is widely extended toward the high-temperature/low-pressure region by substituting 10–20 mole% of Cd with Ca or Sr. Temperature and composition phase diagrams for each solid solution system were obtained at 2 GPa. Abstract— Quantum efficiencies for photoconversion of bacteriorhodopsin (trans-bR) to a bathochromic product (batho-bRt ) and its photoreversion in purple membrane at 77 and 9 K were investigated with low temperature spectrophotometry. The kinetics of the photoconversion and its photoreversion cannot be expressed by a single exponential curve. The photoconversions at 77 and 9 K showed the same slope in the early stage. The kinetics of the photoreversions were identical at the two temperatures. These results indicate that the quantum efficiencies for the conversion of trans-bR to batho-bRt or for its photoreversion are identical at the two temperatures.
The fact that the photoreversion cannot be expressed by a single exponential curve suggests the existence of several conformational states of batho-bRt due to the trimer structure of the purple membrane. 相似文献

A simple noncollinear SHG autocorrelator for monitoring the time behavior of single subpicosecond laser pulses is described. A new CCD image-line sensor with high sensitivity in the UV range is used to measure the second-harmonic (SH) spatial distribution which gives information on the duration of the fundamental light pulses. An input energy of only 10 μJ is enough to obtain the SH spatial beam patterns in this highly sensitive autocorrelation system. 相似文献

The Lyapunov vectors corresponding to the steps of Lyapunov spectra for many-particle systems show time-oscillating behavior in two types of Lyapunov modes, one associated with time-translational invariance and the other with spatial translational invariance. Our result is that, for each coordinate direction, the longest period of the Lyapunov modes is twice as long as the period of the momentum autocorrelation function. A simple explanation for this relation is proposed and we argue that this result is generally true for many-particle systems. This gives the first quantitative connection between the Lyapunov modes and an experimentally accessible quantity. 相似文献

Heat capacity measurements have been made down to 5 mK for 3He fluid films adsorbed in one-dimensional (1D) nanometer-scale pores, 28 A in diameter, preplated with 4He of 1.47 atomic layers. At low 3He density, the heat capacity shows a density-dependent, Schottky-like peak near 150 mK asymptoting to the value corresponding to a 2D Boltzmann gas at high temperatures. The peak behavior is attributed to the crossover from a 2D gas to a 1D state at low temperatures. The degenerate state of the 1D 3He fluid is indicated by a predominantly linear temperature dependence below about 30 mK. 相似文献

We present detailed energy dispersions near the Fermi level along the high symmetry line GammaX on the monolayer and bilayer strontium ruthenates Sr2RuO4 and Sr3Ru2O7, determined by high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy. A kink in the dispersion is clearly shown for the both ruthenates. The energy position of the kink and the slope in the low-energy part near the Fermi level are almost identical between them, whereas the dispersion in the high-energy part varies, like the behavior of the kink for the cuprate superconductors. 相似文献

The extraordinary Hall resistivity rho(xy) and the magnetization M of a canonical spin glass AuFe (8 at.% Fe) were measured simultaneously as functions of temperature with the best care to the thermal and the magnetic field hysteresis. The data of rho(xy) show an anomaly at the spin glass transition temperature T(g) and have different zero field cooling (ZFC) and field cooling (FC) measurements below T(g). Moreover, the value of rho(xy)/M, which represents the chiral susceptibility of the system in the present case, also shows the difference between ZFC and FC measurements. The results are consistent with the predictions of the chirality scenario of canonical spin glasses by Kawamura. 相似文献

Using hard x-ray (HX; hnu=5.95 keV) synchrotron photoemission spectroscopy (PES), we study the intrinsic electronic structure of La(1-x)Sr(x)MnO(3) (LSMO) thin films. Comparison of Mn 2p core-levels with soft x-ray (SX; hnu approximately 1000 eV) PES shows a clear additional well-screened feature only in HX PES. Takeoff-angle dependent data indicate its bulk (> or =20 A) character. The doping and temperature dependence track the ferromagnetism and metallicity of the LSMO series. Cluster model calculations including charge transfer from doping-induced states show good agreement, confirming this picture of bulk properties reflected in Mn 2p core-levels using HX PES. 相似文献
